These games are all about trying to change history. I think there are plenty of Mods that try to be very historic. I think a historical option is fine for others who want it. The same way if the player has chosen a positive response.īut using your proposition or mine you should check every trigger (in the purely historical game) refering to one of those 'choice events' and then create new ones too. If you give a negative response it will sleep all concerned events which will be replace by other ones without b choice. I'm in favor of creating a choice event example : Do you wanna play a-historical?.
I've already agreed with this proposition on Paradox forum. It's all up to you but i think it will make the mod even more interesting. That way, you don't screw anything up, you can keep all your works and the player can choose whether to play historically or not. Then, i'll create a new scenario '33 Historical Way' or such which will load the exact same files than the regular one except it won't load the X file but will load an Y file instead with no unhistorical possibilities.
So, if you want me to take care of that, i'll do so.Īll I need to do is : move events with unhistorical possibilities (only the most important like Hindenburg choice and so on) into a seperate folder (let's say 'X file'). Well, Koenig, I know this has been a popular request.
